With me as your trainer (with 15 years of experience), you'll get consistent coaching from someone who will truly learn how you train and help you get better each day.
Our focus is on tracking your progress and improving your performance, not on counting calories or cramming in as many exercises as possible. It’s important to note that this is more like a personal training session than a HIIT class!
Accountability is key—expect regular check-ins, measurements, photos, and progress tracking. This is optional because we believe your training should be tailored to your goals, and those can differ from person to person.
And, yes, you'll need to love dogs! 😛
