There are two casual sessions available to book
Open Session (7 am Saturdays)
- For all fitness levels
- Ideal for those wanting to try Hyrox or those leading into a competition
- This session will be scaled to suit all levels, and you’ll be grouped with others of similar fitness to ensure you get the most out of your training.
Competitors Session
- Primarily for athletes heading to worlds, those who have already competed, or those with a serious training background
- The focus is on completing the task at hand in a competitive setting
- These sessions alternate weekly between 5:45 am and 11:30 am to accommodate various schedules.
