Semi private group training that is as close to personal training as you can get!
We follow a 4 weekly programm all of which you have access to via our training app.
We track our progress
We work in pairs or threes with people of similar ability to ensure we can do our own individual weights and or variations of the movement!
This helps us progress but at our own pace!
It is important that most of these sessions are biased towards strength and weight training! We do have conditioning sessions that are included and these are HYROX sessions (yes you have full access to these sessions)
This is an unlimited memberships that allows you to come to as many sessions as you like.
You have access to open gym, HYROX and Pilates sessions and our sauna at no extra charge!

Monday - 5am, 6am & 5.30pm
Tuesday - 5am, 6am & 5.30pm
Wednesday - 5am, 6am & 5.30pm
Thursday - 5am, 6am & 5.30pm
Friday - 5am & 6am
HYROX Sessions
Tuesday - 6.30pm
Saturday - 5.30am &7am
